This design is the result of a close collaboration with María Teresa Miñana, a master esparto artisan with over two decades of research into natural fiber weaving techniques. The work explores the ancient methods of the Valencian region — with historical references dating back to Roman times — and draws on the artisan's tireless curiosity for age-old traditions, even exploring techniques originating from Japan.
