Delivery and Claims

• Upon receiving the merchandise, the customer must inspect the packages in the presence of the carrier to verify their condition. 
• If the packaging shows signs of damage, the customer must report it immediately to the carrier, indicating the problem on the transport receipt. 
• Subsequently, the client must send an email to JoverValls within the next 24 hours to notify the delivery issue. 
• After opening the boxes, the buyer must check the condition of the received merchandise and notify JoverValls within 48 hours of any damage to the products (provide photos/videos). 
• Failure to notify within this time period implies that the merchandise was delivered in good condition and without defects. 
• Claims made after the 48-hour period will not be accepted.

Return Policy

• All our products are custom-made according to orders; therefore, products cannot be returned or refunded. Customized or tailor-made products according to Spanish Law 3/2014, of March 27 (article 103) that modifies LOCM art. 45 the Right of Withdrawal and Return of the Consumer will not be applicable in this case.

Payment Terms

• For order confirmation, we require an initial payment of 50%. 
• The remaining 50% will be charged before shipping. 
• Bank charges and commissions for bank transfers will be borne by the buyer. 
• Import duties and/or local taxes must be covered by the buyer.
• The shipping company will contact you directly to settle these amounts.

Delivery Time

• Standard production time is 5-6 weeks, plus transportation time which will be confirmed separately.

• Transportation fees are charged separately.
• Once we receive the delivery address, we will provide you with the exact transportation fee.
• You may choose to arrange your own transportation with pickup from our showroom in Alcoy, Spain.
