Our Repose footstool, handcrafted by Spanish artisans using premium cowhide leather and impeccable metal detailing, transcends the realm of mere furniture: it serves as a versatile companion, offering not just a comfortable place to rest your feet after a long day but also doubling as extra seating or a convenient surface for books or trays. Its multifunctional design enhances the utility of any space, providing a seamless blend of comfort and functionality.
Product Features
Each footstool features a steel framework finished with a powder-coated rubberized effect to give it a contemporary matte finish. The premium cowhide leather, sourced as a byproduct of the food industry, undergoes a chrome-free vegetable tanning process. The leather parts are crafted with double hides, allowing for the inclusion of a cotton layer in the middle, while the leather edges are sanded, painted, and polished to achieve a luxuriously smooth finish. The armrests are wrapped in thin leather strips to profile a luxe finish. The solid brass glides are fitted with a layer of natural leather at the bottom to prevent scratching of surfaces.

Delivery and Claims
- Upon receiving the merchandise, the customer must inspect the packages in the presence of the carrier to verify their condition.
- If the packaging shows signs of damage, the customer must report it immediately to the carrier, indicating the problem on the transport receipt.
- Subsequently, the client must send an email to JoverValls within the next 24 hours to notify the delivery issue.
- After opening the boxes, the buyer must check the condition of the received merchandise and notify JoverValls within 48 hours of any damage to the products (provide photos/videos).
- Failure to notify within this time period implies that the merchandise was delivered in good condition and without defects.
- Claims made after the 48-hour period will not be accepted.
Return Policy
- All our products are custom-made according to orders; therefore, products cannot be returned or refunded. Customized or tailor-made products according to Spanish Law 3/2014, of March 27 (article 103) that modifies LOCM art. 45 the Right of Withdrawal and Return of the Consumer will not be applicable in this case.
Payment Terms
- For order confirmation, we require an initial payment of 50%.
- The remaining 50% will be charged before shipping.
- Bank charges and commissions for bank transfers will be borne by the buyer.
- Import duties and/or local taxes must be covered by the buyer.
- The shipping company will contact you directly to settle these amounts.
Delivery Time
- Standard production time is 5-6 weeks, plus transportation time which will be confirmed separately.
