Product Features
The chaise longue features a steel frame inspired by the 1920s Bauhaus designs. The flawless surface finish and exceptional durability are achieved through the precision molding of the steel using numerical control technology, followed by manual finishing in four stages: polishing, nickel plating, electrolytic color application, and matte lacquering. The premium cowhide leather, sourced as a byproduct of the food industry, undergoes a chrome-free, vegetable-tanning process. The leather parts are crafted with double hides, allowing for the inclusion of a cotton layer in the middle, while the leather edges are sanded, painted, and polished to achieve a luxuriously smooth finish. The incorporation of JoverValls' signature knurled brass screws adds a distinctive touch. The solid brass glides are fitted with a layer of natural leather at the bottom to prevent scratching of surfaces.
