Product Features
The chair frame features an organic steel form with gracefully curved lines, giving it a statuesque appearance. The flawless surface finish and exceptional durability are achieved through the precision molding of the steel using numerical control technology, followed by manual finishing in four stages: polishing, nickel plating, electrolytic color application, and mate lacquering.
The premium cowhide leather, sourced as a byproduct of the food industry, undergoes a chrome-free vegetable tanning process. The leather parts are crafted with double hides, allowing for the inclusion of a cotton layer in the middle, while the leather edges are sanded, painted, and polished to achieve a luxuriously smooth finish.
The chair seat features an X-strap suspension crafted from leather, enhancing stability, while the incorporation of JoverValls's signature knurled brass screws on the backrest adds a distinctive touch. The solid brass glides are fitted with a layer of natural leather at the bottom to prevent scratching of surfaces.
