Wanderlust Armchair - Customizable & Handcrafted in Cowhide Leather & Steel

The chair has a steel frame inspired by Bauhaus designs from the 1920s. Its flawless surface finish and exceptional durability are achieved through precision-moulding the steel using numerical control technology, followed by a four-stage hand-finishing process: polishing, nickel plating, electrolytic colour application and matt lacquering. The premium-quality bovine leather, sourced from the food industry, undergoes a chrome-free vegetable tanning process. The leather components are made with double-layered leather, with a layer of cotton in the centre to provide consistency. Their edges are sanded, painted and polished for a refined finish. JoverValls’ characteristic turned brass screws on the backrest add a distinctive touch. The solid brass base glides, or ferrules, feature a layer of natural leather on the underside to prevent scratches or scuff marks on the floor.

Steel frame and upholstery in premium-quality bovine leather, sourced from the food industry and tanned using a chrome-free vegetable tanning process. The leather components are made with double-layered leather and a layer of cotton in the centre. The frame is hand-finished in four stages: polishing, nickel plating, electrolytic colour application and matt lacquering. The turned screws on the backrest and the ferrules are made of brass; the underside of the ferrules is covered with natural leather.

Available frame finishes are Black Smoke, Aged Brass and Old Silver. Available leather colours are Cognac, Natural Tobacco, Dark Brown, New Burgundy, Olive, Navy Blue and Black.
