Product Features:
The structure features an organic steel form with elegant curved lines that give it a sculptural appearance. Its flawless surface finish and exceptional durability are achieved through precision-moulding the steel using numerical control technology, followed by a four-stage hand-finishing process: polishing, nickel plating, electrolytic colour application and matt lacquering. The premium-quality bovine leather, sourced from the food industry, undergoes a chrome-free vegetable tanning process. The leather components are made with double-layered leather, allowing a layer of cotton to be incorporated into the centre to provide stability, while the edges are sanded, painted and polished to achieve a refined finish. The seat features a handmade X-shaped leather strap suspension that improves stability. JoverValls’ characteristic turned brass screws on the backrest add a distinctive touch. The solid brass base glides, or ferrules, feature a layer of natural leather on the underside to prevent scratches or scuff marks on surfaces.
